"Do you think God ever gets sad like ‘What do you mean you don’t love yourself, I worked so hard on you…"
Whenever it starts to rain I remember this quote for some reason. It reminds me of gardeners and how they take time to water and grow their flowers. How they spend hours and days making sure their creations grow. It reminds me of God and how He is the master gardener of all of us, we are His flowers. All of us are different and beautiful in our own way but sometimes we forget to nourish and feed our souls. When it rains, it feels like a small sign from Heavenly Father reminding me that it’s okay to take a break once in a while, to breathe in the fresh air, to go out and enjoy myself. That it’s okay to sleep in one more hour, to reach out and make a new friend, to ride my bike home in the rain, and to forgive and let go.
